ASSA ABLOY Guoqiang (Shandong) Hardware Technology CO,Ltd. (in the following called company briefly) was renamed from Shandong Guoqiang Hardware Technology CO, Ltd. by the end of June 2015. It is the subsidiary company which was listed in Sweden. Being the leader and High-tech enterprise in building hardware manufacture in China. Its product range covering window and door hardware, fire door and security door hardware, building hardware, vehicle door hardware and sealing rubber strip in top quality.
The enterprise has over 30 years history in hardware research and development. With a registered capital of 70 million RMB, the company has a floor area of 83,000 square meters and total 1,300 of staff members. The development and shares in domestic market keep promoting steadily in ten years, becoming the strategic cooperation supplier in fifty domestics which are “top 100 company”. It was cited as “The leader of building hardware manufactured base in China”. The product have good market in every province, city, and autonomous region even in Occident, African, S.E. Asia etc. over 40 countries. There are more than 100 sales office in entire country. Except for Hong kong, Macao, Taiwan, every provincial capital and most economically developed prefecture-level cities have resident office. The company set a constituent company in Jinan city.
It has passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality standard system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification and GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification, the product has passed the China Compulsory Certification. The company developed and launched a new concealed tilt&turn window hardware system, which successfully solved the problem of universality of different grooves and different opening angles.
2023
The company developed and launched tilt&slide window hardware system, air tight sliding window hardware system, to assist the home decoration door and window hardware market.
2022
The company set up the home decoration business division, and a series of doors and windows hardware suitable were successfully launched such as quick installation tilt&turn hardware system.
2021
The company had launched 180° open concealed aluminum tilt and turn window system into the market.
2020
The company has been awarded the innovation enterprise of all staff in Shandong Province, and the innovation has forged a new model of national development management.
2019
The company released a new intelligent electric window to help the smart building upgrade.
2018
The company had developed an automatic locking fireproof window, which can withstand fire for one hour. The window leaf will automatically close in case of fire, opening a new chapter of fireproof doors and Windows.
2017
The company had developed the lift and slide hardware system, which is used for heavy duty sliding doors, pushing the sales market to the new level.
2016
The company had won the Shandong provincial industrial design center, outstanding innovation ability, and the design products have achieved significant economic benefits.
2015
The company has entered into a strategic partnership with Qilu University of Technology and Shandong Architecture University to jointly develop intelligent window hardware and enhance the performance of curtain wall hardware. A branch office was established in Jinan, and by the end of June, the company was renamed "ASSA ABLOY Guoqiang (Shandong) Hardware Technology Co., Ltd.", completing the standardization and unified naming of the group's enterprises in China, facilitating future mergers and acquisitions in the hardware industry.
2014
The company integrates resources, relies on the R&D resources of the group company, and according to the market demand, on the basis of the professional window hardware industry, it has added the curtain wall hardware series products, fireproof door and security door hardware series products and commercial real estate hardware series products, and started to carry out automation production planning and implement it successively.
2013
The whole staff of the company made great efforts to achieve the business target set by ASSA ABLOY Group. In June, the company completed the share delivery and changed into a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. The company fully shared the advantages and integration of the group and stepped into the track of international development.
2012
Shandong Guoqiang Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. successfully introduced foreign capital and changed into a sino-foreign cooperative enterprise to complete the internationalization strategy. The company name was changed to Shandong Guoqiang Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. The capital and technical strength of the company were further increased, and the Guoqiang Hardware Industrial Park was built and put into operation.
2011
Dezhou Guoqiang Hardware Products Co., Ltd. was restructured into a joint stock limited company, and its name was changed to Shandong Guoqiang Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 70 million yuan. The construction hardware manufacturing base —— Guoqiang Hardware Industrial Park began to built.
2010
The group carried out industrial integration and unified the hardware industry under Dezhou Guoqiang Hardware Products Co., LTD. After the integration, the group no longer engaged in hardware business. The original group's hardware business and related assets were all inherited by Dezhou Guoqiang Hardware Products Co., LTD.
2009
The Manufacturing Base "Qingdao Guoqiang Hardware Co., LTD." was established in Qingdao.
2008
The group invests in the high-tech agricultural microbial fertilizer industry, and establishes a high-tech agricultural industry with tourism farms, source ecological grain and vegetable production bases, Dezhou donkey breeding bases and American Asia Union microbial fertilizer production as its main business.
2007
The company expanded in scale and its name was changed to "Guoqiang Hardware Group Co., LTD." with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
2006
The new inorganic high-efficiency heat pipe solar energy project was listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology as "National Torch Program", and won the "Shandong Energy Saving Award" from the Shandong Provincial Government; Guoqiang Hardware was recognized as "China's well-known trademark".
